The whole experience took over 45 minutes just to get one drink. They kept people’s drinks sitting rather than handing them out as they were ready. They were more concerned with rushing to get orders taken, then hand out orders in batches. Our drink clearly sat for awhile before we got it. It tasted horrible. All of the wait and have a decent tip just to be disappointed. Should have just gone through the drive through.

Should still know what the old drinks were called as some of us loyal customers have been getting this drinks since Dutch Opened. My coffees tasted like sweet milk, barely any flavor of coffee. I had the staff remake them and they tasted the same. I let them know they still didn’t taste like they’re supposed to. They wanted to remake them a third time and I saw no thanks as I’m sure they will be the same, Went to another location instead and they were able to make it right. Lots of trainees at this location still learning.

A Dutch Shake is our take on a classic shake. A Dutch Freeze® is a blended coffee drink!

We’ve decided to focus on what we do best - serving up awesome drinks, creating genuine connections at the window and giving back to our communities! That means we’re stepping away from offering DutchWear to our customers. You’ll still be able to buy coffee and drinkware on our website, which may occasionally offer a few surprises!
Can I buy stickers?
We’re not selling stickers anymore! Stop by your local shop the first Wednesday of every month for a Sticker Drop! You can now also earn App Stickers through the Dutch Bros app! Download to see which stickers are available to you!
Can I print a digital gift card and give it as a gift?
We recommend purchasing our IRL Gift Cards if you want to give something physical!
How do I earn points?
It’s easy! Collect 3 points for each dollar you spend at a shop, and there’s no limit to how many you can earn!
Can I still get points if I forgot my phone?
We hate when that happens! If you ever forget your phone, just give your broista your phone number, and you’ll earn the points. Unfortunately, we won't be able to issue points for past purchases unless you snag a receipt and email it to us.
Can I customize my drink?
Yes, our broistas are always happy to make any drink the way you’d like!
Can I place my drink order over the phone?
We aren’t able to take drink orders over the phone, but we’re excited to serve you! Don’t let our long lines fool you - we'll get your favorite drink to you as quickly as possible!
Can I apply more than once?
You can only apply once to each location! To follow up on an application, please swing by and check in with your local broistas!
Can I still customize my drink through Order Ahead?
We'd love to customize your drink the way you want, so you can definitely make your usual customizations when ordering ahead! If you have a particularly creative order, or enjoy a cold pour, we recommend ordering your drink at the shop so your broista can get it just right.
