- CMCynthia Moreno6 days ago2.0I asked for a medium Golden eagle decaf, sugar free and Quad espresso shots in a large cup over ice. Got the shots no ice. When I mentioned that my sister’s drink was missing ice, the girl at the counter offered to put it in a large cup with ice. The other employee asked what was wrong as the girl is telling her, she looked over her shoulder to see us did an ugly face mocking me that the cup needed ice laughed and walked away. She came back and just stood there as shots were put in a cold cup with ice. She seemed really bothered by it. I usually don’t have any issues with my orders, if there is, staff will gladly fix it. I really wanted to get tip back. Lol
- IHIngrid HamidMar 8, 20261.0I placed an online order for a Hopscotch Protein Latte and a breakfast sandwich. The app said it’d be ready at 9:12am. I arrived at 9:17am only to be told it would be a couple of minutes. I waited until 9:22am, at that point I told the young lady at the window I had to go. I asked her if should could refund my account the amount of the order, she told me yes. I waited a couple of days, no refund. I reached out to DB customer service on the website. The Bot sent me an email with free medium drink and an explanation that the franchise owner/manager would contact me regard the refund issue. It’s been 8 days and I have not received a call or been issued a refund. I consider this theft. I paid for products I didn’t receive. I’m not going to let this go until I get my money.

We’ve decided to focus on what we do best - serving up awesome drinks, creating genuine connections at the window and giving back to our communities! That means we’re stepping away from offering DutchWear to our customers. You’ll still be able to buy coffee and drinkware on our website, which may occasionally offer a few surprises!
Can I buy stickers?
We’re not selling stickers anymore! Stop by your local shop the first Wednesday of every month for a Sticker Drop! You can now also earn App Stickers through the Dutch Bros app! Download to see which stickers are available to you!
Can I print a digital gift card and give it as a gift?
We recommend purchasing our IRL Gift Cards if you want to give something physical!
How do I earn points?
It’s easy! Collect 3 points for each dollar you spend at a shop, and there’s no limit to how many you can earn!
Can I still get points if I forgot my phone?
We hate when that happens! If you ever forget your phone, just give your broista your phone number, and you’ll earn the points. Unfortunately, we won't be able to issue points for past purchases unless you snag a receipt and email it to us.
Can I customize my drink?
Yes, our broistas are always happy to make any drink the way you’d like!
Can I place my drink order over the phone?
We aren’t able to take drink orders over the phone, but we’re excited to serve you! Don’t let our long lines fool you - we'll get your favorite drink to you as quickly as possible!
Can I apply more than once?
You can only apply once to each location! To follow up on an application, please swing by and check in with your local broistas!
Can I still customize my drink through Order Ahead?
We'd love to customize your drink the way you want, so you can definitely make your usual customizations when ordering ahead! If you have a particularly creative order, or enjoy a cold pour, we recommend ordering your drink at the shop so your broista can get it just right.
