This use to be my favorite location. For context - in 2025 my total visits was 220+. And my lifetime Dutch points is 21k plus. On March 11 I visited this location at about 822am for their sticker day. I had my senior neighbor with me (who I have with me most days). This location knows us, and well. My order usually includes a large iced sugar free rebel with soft top (which is just under $10) and a large ice water. My neighbors order is always a medium hot golden eagle. She has never had a license so she tags along with me to get out of the house.
On this day there was 5 different stickers to collect. Most of the time I will treat my 3 broke besties (my teenage daughters) to drinks so that I can get extra stickers but today they were all at school. I get up to the window and the long blonde/dirty blonde haired guy was at the window. I politely asked if could have an extra sticker. At 822am the drive through was empty and I thought they might’ve had extra stickers to share. He begrudgingly gave me another one after considering it for a moment or two. Then I reminded him that we had a second order (the medium hot golden eagle my neighbor orders) and he handed that over. At this time I asked if she could get her sticker too. He looked at me and said “I gave you 2 stickers already” while holding his hand up in a number 2 sign. And he posed the statement in a passive aggressive question tone. I was kind of stunned so I didn’t say anything and that’s when he said “have a good day” that felt dismissive. The second sticker he’s talking about is the second I just moments before asked for, and he willingly gave me.
Since we are well known at this location they will agree that I am NEVER asking for extra freebies. This was literally the first time I ever asked for one. We ALWAYS order the amount of drinks that I want for the giveaways.
Is an extra sticker enough for a negative review? Some may not agree. However, what I do know is that as a long time very regular customer of this particular location I do not deserve to be talked to in this particular tone over an extra $0.10 sticker, or made to feel like I’m pulling a scam by getting an extra sticker from the employee. I will say the interaction was enough to make me feel uncomfortable enough to consider using either of the locations closer to my house instead.
To be very clear - this is the first time I have had this weird customer service experience at this location. Most of the rest of the employees and great… specifically the Asian girl with long black hair, and the tall blonde with long hair and tattoos. I adore both of them, and they are always so very sweet.
Perhaps the guy at the window should switch to making drinks instead of interacting at the window - at least on freebie days.

drinks here are usually great, however, the last couple times ive went the tea was extremely light and not very strong. it tastes like water with some syrup in it. i only ever order iced teas here. so kind of sucks but im willing to update my review if i notice a change in quality. however i might not go here as frequently anymore because it sucks to pay for something that isnt as good as it normally is.

We’re not selling stickers anymore! Stop by your local shop the first Wednesday of every month for a Sticker Drop! You can now also earn App Stickers through the Dutch Bros app! Download to see which stickers are available to you!
Can I print a digital gift card and give it as a gift?
We recommend purchasing our IRL Gift Cards if you want to give something physical!
How do I earn points?
It’s easy! Collect 3 points for each dollar you spend at a shop, and there’s no limit to how many you can earn!
Can I still get points if I forgot my phone?
We hate when that happens! If you ever forget your phone, just give your broista your phone number, and you’ll earn the points. Unfortunately, we won't be able to issue points for past purchases unless you snag a receipt and email it to us.
Can I customize my drink?
Yes, our broistas are always happy to make any drink the way you’d like!
Can I place my drink order over the phone?
We aren’t able to take drink orders over the phone, but we’re excited to serve you! Don’t let our long lines fool you - we'll get your favorite drink to you as quickly as possible!
Can I apply more than once?
You can only apply once to each location! To follow up on an application, please swing by and check in with your local broistas!
Can I still customize my drink through Order Ahead?
We'd love to customize your drink the way you want, so you can definitely make your usual customizations when ordering ahead! If you have a particularly creative order, or enjoy a cold pour, we recommend ordering your drink at the shop so your broista can get it just right.
