Almost every time I come here, there is something wrong. The drive-thru line takes an excessive amount of time, they are out of a mixture to make a drink, the people don't know what they're doing and they make your food wrong. Do not waste your time going to this dunkin' Donuts. Keep driving and find a better one.

At first I got bagel minis, and I went back and told the workers I just wanted an everything bagel toasted with nothing on it. I should’ve checked the bag before I left but I trusted it was simple enough to get right. The bagel still had a whole bunch of cream cheese on it. Don’t know if it was a miscommunication but I thought I was clear enough. I didn’t have time to come back a third time. Photos show after I scraped it off because I’m lactose intolerant.
