I use the app and it's very user friendly, I have never called in an order so idk of that experience. My food is hot 100% of the time and always on time. I order pretty late (7pm-9pm) though so maybe that's why. Also, I have never ordered their pizza, I order their other items instead (pasta, sandwiches, wings) - so I can't comment on the pizza.

Wish I had just gotten a refund, turn off orders if you cannot fulfill them or give realistic timeliness. Will not order from domino's again.

Sorry I got loud but I got mad when he told me he would just cancel my order if I didn't want to wait. Tool.
