I was charged, called, was hung up on twice and when I went to the store, I was told there was no manager available. The staff was rude and didn't want to acknowledge I had an issue. I contacted corporate. The manager of this location did return my call and offered me free pizza. I will NEVER order from here again. I don't want free pizza, I want your staff to be retrained so that customers get the highest quality service and do not get brushed off or spoken to rudely. There are too many other pizza places in the area. You just lost customers, not only will we never order from you again, we are making sure all of our neighbors don't either. It saddens me that we have to go through such measures, because the delivery here is very fast but I will not accept bad customer service.

They always forget the buffalo sauce on the pizza, now on the free pizza to make up for the mistake on the last one they did not put any marinara sauce on it. Like how do you forget a major ingredient on the pizza. I can see the topping, but the main sauce come on man.

She practically threw the pizza at me. Unfortunately, the delivery fee is so high when literally you’re going right around the corner I don’t know if the driver gets that, but then they want to tip on top of that which I tipped, but probably not to her liking.
