  I usually love Domino’s, but my recent experience was very disappointing. I had explicitly asked the driver not to knock and to leave the pizza by the door, as we have a baby and pets who get scared by loud noises. Unfortunately, the driver knocked extremely loudly, much louder than necessary and this caused our dog to bark and the baby to cry. On top of that, the delivery was late, and the driver wouldn’t leave the pizza when I kindly asked. Overall, it was a stressful and frustrating experience. I hope Domino’s can improve their service in the future. P.s there is even a large sign on my door that says “Do Not Knock.

  Ordered pizza. Took over 2 hours and when called noone took accountability instead was rude and hung up phone. No offer to satisfy at all

  I placed an order 2 days ago and my food was completely burnt. I called and the lady on the phone was very nice. She said the ovens were not working properly and I wasn’t the only one. She said she would give me a coupon on my account for what I ordered. 2 days later and never received said coupon. I called right now and the GM Picked up. He was very very very rude. I just explained the issue nicely so he could fix it and he said “nothing was wrong with my ovens” and i explained what the lady confirmed with me and he was rude. I asked why are you being rude i was so confused as i was so kind and he said you have a good day and hung up on me. I am baffled. I called again and no answer. This GM should not be working there. Do not eat here. Poor customer service and food.

  My daughter wanted a small pizza and treats and the girl that said it's going to be a half hour. Then she said u know what I am going to get it in asap. 10 minutes and out the door. Great service

  ⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️ Well, our pizza journey has been a saga worthy of a Netflix series. 🍕 When we moved to AZ, the Show Low Domino’s decided our dinner deserved a nice night out—so they left it sitting outside the *main entrance of our hotel.* Like, full-on room service… if room service meant “figure it out yourself.” They told us we’d get a refund *and* free pizzas on our account. Naturally, when we went to claim our cheesy prize tonight, the system acted like it had never heard of us. Enter the QC location hero: a kind woman who went full customer-service superhero. 🦸‍♀️💫 She didn’t just shrug and say, “sorry,” she honored the order anyway, proving she’s the real MVP of Domino’s. The pizza was hot, cheesy, and tasted like redemption. Domino’s HQ, give that woman a raise or at least a lifetime supply of extra cheesy bread. I’ll definitely be ordering from this location again—because not all heroes wear capes, some wear name tags and hand out pepperoni.
