- CHCassey HNov 10, 20251.0We just stood in line for 20 minutes and the line had not moved at all. The girls behind the counter didn't even say anything. The one behind the register and the gal standing next to her were just standing around. There was a guy in the back that was moving around and looked super busy. And there was one gal cutting meat up. And there was another gal just standing around with spoons in her hand. The whole time we were in there they only finished one order, which was mostly done when we walked in. And we have been in the parking lot for 5 minutes and the line still hasn't moved. We ended up walking out because it didn't look like the lin(that was out the door at that point) was going to be moving any time soon based on how it had been going so far. The service at this location has always been rough, but this was worse than I've ever seen. And none of the workers said anything to any of us about what their delay was, or asking/thanking us for waiting. Noone even said anything as we walked in either.

Ordered a salad and got 5 pieces of lettuce greens and when I asked and said I wanted the salad I was told that was all I got plus toppings. My son had more lettuce on top of his bowl than my salad. Staff was playing around in the back when they showed I old have been cleaning up the mess inside. We decided to take food home because thw place was so bad. Hopefully just a bad night.

This is the only chipotle I’ll go to even though I live 5 mins away from Hunt & Gary! Food is always good, rarely have to wait long unless it’s late at night and they are busy with online orders, but they do their best always. Hailey is great too! Saw her training another team member in an uplifting way. Best chipotle in AZ, especially in Queen Creek/San Tan Valley!
