  What an all around terrible experience. Went in around 8:28pm Sunday, March 8th. Only person in line. “Welcome in, we’ll be right with you” 3 minutes later another worker “thank you for waiting, we’ll be right with you”. 6 minutes later I was able to place my order. Get overcharged for what I ordered. I’m recovering from a stroke, only has been about 5 months since. I have nerve damage in my feet, and it’s difficult to walk and stand, but I push through. Imagine being such a terribly ran establishment you make someone who’s had a stroke wait 6 minutes to order while they’re the only one in line. We need to bring back shaming people on the spot, but in a respectful manner, tone, and words. Had I started to record them after 4-5 minutes to address it, I’m sure my order would’ve been taken instantly, made correctly and it overcharged. What a shame.

  Last night my family went to celebrate my husband’s birthday and my daughter’s great grades at Dave & Buster's. Afterward we stopped at Chipotle Mexican Grill next door around 9:18 PM, not realizing they were closing at 10. We definitely didn’t intend to be “those customers” showing up close to closing, and I completely understand that staff are getting ready to wrap up their shifts. That said, the experience was disappointing. When we walked in, most of the staff seemed focused on cleaning and pre-closing tasks rather than helping the customers who were already there. It took several minutes before anyone acknowledged us and took our order. The employee who eventually helped us was polite, which I appreciated, but overall the atmosphere felt like everyone was more eager to leave than to serve the customers in front of them. Unfortunately the food itself also reflected that. Several items were already unavailable due to the time, and what was left on the line looked very poorly maintained. The chicken in particular looked extremely unappetizing, and after eating it I ended up feeling sick later that night. I’m a very understanding customer and I know working late shifts in food service isn’t easy. But when a restaurant is still open and accepting orders, customers should still receive food that staff take pride in preparing and serving. I hope management takes this as constructive feedback and reminds the team that the last customers of the night deserve the same level of care as the first ones of the day.

  Messed up my large lunch order that was over $350 for our volleyball tournament and then gave me two free burritos and $22, to make up for it. Lost out on a lot of future order opportunities, going somewhere else moving forward.

  All the reviews speak VOLUMES. This was my first time in this location and it will be my last. Portions are small, my chicken al pastor was cold, and the beans were literally the bottom of the container, which would have been fine if they were fresh. They didn't have trays to carry multiple items, and unfortunately I didn't ask for a receipt because I'm almost positive I was over charged.

  Chipotle never disappoints! The ingredients are always fresh, the portions are generous, and the food tastes amazing every time. The staff was friendly, fast, and kept the line moving while still making sure orders were made exactly right. The restaurant was clean and the whole experience was quick and easy. Perfect spot for a fresh, flavorful meal on the go. Definitely one of my favorite places to eat!
