We were seated outside and it appeared the heaters weren't on directly above us so we were a little chilly. After placing our food orders we didn't see our server again until after the food was delivered by various other servers which was a 45 minute to an hour wait. When we got our food it was all mostly cold and the fried sides were stale and unevenly portioned. We decided we only wanted to pay for drinks and move to a different place to eat. Needless to say we were all dissatisfied as none of us have ever had a bad experience with buffalo wild wings.
