  I'm pretty much done with this Dunkin' location. How do you only have 5 different donut options at 9am on a Monday morning?(with one of those five being down to the last two donuts) Whoever is in charge of pulling/defrosting donuts here needs to do better. Plus when they do have the donuts you want, they're kinda mid at best. You're much better off going 4 miles down the road to the Rittenhouse & Ocotillo location which is always stocked and the donuts actually taste way better. This store is basically just for the convenient location.

  "Runs out of coffee" two hours before closing, such a disappointment for evening shift working class trying to get some delicious caffeine before work

  Ordered online mobile drinks today - 2 in total and both drinks tasted bad when they were brought home. Unfortunately spend $11 and change and came home and poured them down the sink.

  30 mins in the drive thru waiting for a coffee is wild!!! Manager/Store owner need to do a better job. Hire more people for your busy hours. I’m actually still waiting while I write this. Can’t even tell you if my coffee came out good or not because I’m still waiting. All I know is it better be after waiting this long!!

  Dunkin needs to get this store under control I am not somebody who leaves bad reviews but morning after morning I try and get my breakfast and head to work and every morning the donuts are at least a minimum of three days old and have obviously been sitting on the open shelf. The donut holes have no frosting on them and are completely shriveled up. Extremely un appetizing. Constantly out of everything just due to not being prepared and making it the same morning. Really disappointing location
