  Horrible experience. Who hires these people? I went around 10:30pm and ordered 2 blizzards we wanted to use our BOGO deal so we had it scanned and then paid. We get our receipt back and they charged us for 2 blizzards and made us donate WITHOUT asking us if we wanted to donate. We asked them why they didn’t use the bogo and why we were forced to donate and they explained the bogo doesn’t work for the royal blizzard. whatever that’s fine but the fact that they didn’t tell us it didn’t work and just charged us anyways is absurd. We asked for a refund and to refund our FORCED donation and then they didn’t even refund the donation. Kai is a horrible worker and needs to be fired. You don’t use someone’s money like that. I don’t care if it’s a couple of cents when did i EVER CONSENT to donating?? 0/10.

  All the employees here are young instead of working everytime I come here they stand around talking I waited 15 min for my order just for them to ask why I was still waiting then they proceed to grab my iteam out of the freezer so the whole time I was waiting it was done but they were to worried about gossiping about another employee to realize I was still waiting get ur employees in chexk here

  This is the best Dairy Queen location. The staff are very friendly especially Katrina, she is lovely. The service is always fast and the milkshakes are always great.
