  The staff here must have been poorly trained. They rush your order and ask is that all after every item you request. My wife is allergic to bacon and requested no bacon on the club sandwich but we were still served a sandwich with bacon. We also got charged for large fries but was given small fries and charged for two drinks when we only ordered one. Maddie was taking our order and I hope the manager can have a sit down with her and explain how important it is to listen. Her lack of focus on the customers caused my wife to receive a meal that could have put her in the hospital.

  This location can’t ever seem to get my order right even when I specify to the person taking my order. Spicy deluxe in a large meal, which should consist of a large fry and a large drink! Either the drink size is wrong or the fries size is wrong. Or the drink is just completely the wrong one altogether. I only come here about once every two weeks or so to get my fix! But without fail, my order is been wrong every time. I tried to clarify that with the people working, but they just seem to acknowledge and try to make it right. Is my luck just that bad?

  Literally some of the best service I've ever received! The food tasted great as well! If I'm ever in this area again, I am definitely stopping by here.

  I come to this Chick-fil-A multiple times a week because it’s close and convenient, but the experience is consistently frustrating. Even for simple breakfast orders, I regularly wait 10–20+ minutes in the drive-through after ordering ahead and checking in through the app. It often feels like regular drive-through orders are prioritized over mobile orders, which makes ordering ahead pointless. I’ve built in extra time before work and still ended up late—and I’ve even had to leave without my food because the wait was so long. As someone who previously worked at Chick-fil-A, it’s very obvious that orders are being cleared early in the system to make times look better. This leads to orders being marked “ready” when they’re not and creates confusion in the process. After long waits, items are also frequently missing—often something as simple as a straw, which matters when you’re already late and eating on the go. I’ve experienced similar issues at dinner as well, along with food quality that doesn’t match other Chick-fil-A locations. I’ve tried to give this location multiple chances, but the slow service and inconsistency make it hard to keep coming back.

  We really like the food but they need to do a better job of prioritizing the lane that orders their food ahead of time because in most cases we end up waiting longer than we would if we just went to the regular line where we order on the fly
