  Service at the bar around 4:30 PM today was profoundly disappointing. After taking a seat, I was clearly noticed by the blonde bartender, yet deliberately ignored. Less than a minute later, other patrons arrived and received immediate attention, including drink service, while I remained completely unacknowledged. Several additional minutes passed before any orders were taken—none of them mine. This was not an isolated incident, as I have experienced the same dismissive behavior from this particular bartender before. At this point, the pattern appears intentional rather than accidental. Selective service is unacceptable, and repeated occurrences indicate a failure either in training or accountability. Management should seriously reconsider whether this individual is appropriate for a customer‑facing role, as this conduct reflects poorly on the establishment and directly undermines customer trust.

  I really don't know why I went back here. The food is cold and the carrot and celery are like old white lifeless leftovers. And good luck getting a drink refill to cool off the heat.

  Never will we come here ever again and I hope no one else does either. The service here is the worst I have ever endured at a restaurant. We ordered take out because we were going to take our child to practice. Practice ended up getting canceled so we asked if we could eat there. The cashier told us she didnt think so. Didn't go confirm, just said no. Bad service. We got our take out order and saw a manager, we asked her if we could eat our food there. She said no. I told her we would order more food and drinks. She continued to make excuses & tell us she couldn't do it. It makes me wonder what they do the the To Go orders that they just want customers to literally take it and go. NEVER will we be Buffalo Wild Wing customers. I want to cancel my rewards membership & you can keep your awful service.
