You might get under cooked dough like me. You might get the order correctly or wrong like me. Do you like mystery ingredients in your salad belong on another salad? Flip a coin and see if it lands on me not eating here.

For example, I ordered 24 wings tonight that would take an hour for delivery. By the time I got my food, it took 2 hours. I have never experienced such slow food prep at any other Barro’s location on a consistent basis.

Went in with just my son and I and ordered an extra large pizza. They were busy so we understand, but they do not make things directly ordered. Meaning, they worked on the individual pizzas/slices others came in and ordered and put my order behind. I spent almost an hour waiting for the order while families came in and ordered 3-4 large pizzas, and picked them up and left before my order was done. And no, they did not order in advance. I was there when they ordered, they sat down and got their stuff. Could of been an off day, but you should cook the orders when they come in not by what is easier for turn around

Took my table number to one of the many scatterbrained staff and they said they would look into it. Long story short I never saw that person again. I'm a local so I knew I could get food many other places so I just left. Note to staff: I won't be coming back so no reason to ask me to reply to your email. You're welcome and have a great day 🤗
