  Three times I have ordered something from the app only for them to not have it. They never let me know until at the window, once they've started to process my order and then can't cancel or refund. Happened again this evening, so I paid for nothing and the workers could do nothing.

  tried to charge me 1$ for a single barbeque sauce that cane with my meal, argued about it for 5 minutes. i dont ask for much, only no sauce on my sandwhich and they failed to follow simple directions. have no sense of urgency at all.

  First, and foremost Jordan is AWESOME!!! . I will go back only in hopes Jordan is working. I noticed the cook said he was going to get his charger, but 10 min later I was getting into my truck only to hear some lady being super rude to Jordan, and noticed the only cook was still in his car!!!! Jordan only had another girl there who seemed very inexperienced, so maybe a newby. One cook, and he bailed to his car!!!! I hope i got that wrong, but was definitely the way it seemed. No chilli and no chocolate frosty, but Jordan tried to make everything right. Promote this lady! I even heard her dealing with horribly rude customers very calm, and she still stayed so professional. Thanks Jordan, and I'm sorry you were treated so poorly while you were just trying to get my order together. She was literally the only one working! No, busting her butt to give great customer service!

  Everyone working here absolutely hates their job. Terrible customer service. Food was ok, but I will never go back.

  I placed an order on their app for pickup. It said to go pickup. I waited in the drive thru for 20 minutes behind three other cars before I parked and went inside. There were a bunch of other people at the counter. Behind the counter were five people all standing bunched up together not doing a thing. I asked if my food was ready because I ordered online. Nope. I stood there for another ten minutes and in that time they gave a guy a cup of chili but not his sandwich. A lady was standing there holding a bag with cold fries waiting on her sandwich. I told them I wanted a refund and to forget the food. The kid told me that my card wouldn't be charged. I just looked at my account and they did charge me. So I wasted about 40 minutes and paid $23 for absolutely nothing. The place is terrible.
