  Somehow they cannot handle customizations in orders. The amount of times they have missed the things I add or have completely disregarded the removal of sauce from an item is appalling. The worst was tonight when I got my order, two items had completely ignored my customizations of removing the sauce and adding potatoes. I can’t eat the sauce! So I wasted 12 dollars! And everything else felt like it was left out on the counter and dry and stale. I was picking up mobile so I didn’t open and check my food beyond counting the items (because they have forgotten things in the past too). I’m never going to this Taco Bell location again. Please go to the one in PV instead they are amazing.

  Don't go to this Taco Bell. They don't make the food or drinks correctly and serve several hour old food. $6 order of fries wasn't even half full and ancient, the toppings were dog food quality. No Rockstar in the $5 drink and 4 potatoes in loaded griller.

  Was very rude to me in the drive through made me wait 10 minutes to take my order and when I went to place my order they were very rude and asked me to leave

  So I’m not a huge fan of Taco Bell but I work in the same parking lot as this one so sometimes, if I’m lazy, that’s where I’ll go to lunch. ESPECIALLY when I am having a really bad day. And I will go through the drive through JUST FOR JESSICA. She is the funnest and happiest person I’ve ever had the pleasure of encountering. On days like today, she brightens my mood because has so much fun with the customers. To have that kind of energy with everyone her whole shift, I truly admire her! Thank you, Taco Bell for hiring such a wonderful person who brings joy to everybody in your drive-through!
