She's friendly, remembers people & always makes some great conversation while preparing my lunch. She's turned it into something I look forward to. The restaurant is also very clean and organized and food is actually fresh like their slogan - which not every subway I've had is. But it always is at this spot. Anyways, I mostly wanted to shoutout how awesome and personable Brooke is!!

- JCJC CastleJan 19, 20255.0My husband and I just had a remarkable experience with this Subway. We ordered online, and sadly they were out of the veggie patties (which are delicious by the way). A gentleman named Matthew called to let us know, and he was gracious and went out of his way to make sure the order was cancelled properly. He even called us back to let us know it was handled. He has such a wonderful and professional attitude. It's refreshing to get this level of service. I gave 5 stars for the food and atmosphere as well, because we ate there last night and it was great.
