  Been quite awhile since we've visited this place. Food was great...got a couple All American Smashers & Tater Tot Sides. Loaded up with extra onions and mustard. The Smasher doesn't disappoint. Car hop guy was pretty cool. Only downside was that we ordered on the app some pepper packets...and got none. Ordered 1 salt and got 3. Probably out of pepper, but they didn't tell us. Other than that, the special orders on the 2 smashers was right on. Thanks!

  Why does this location take so long for delivery orders? I frequently do DoorDash and Uber Eats orders from this location, and it’s like, the majority of the time, I’m doing the pickups from there, the order hasn’t even been started until I get there. This happens at all hours, day or night, whether they’re busy or not. It doesn’t matter. I always end up sitting there waiting for quite a while for my order to come out. It’s even more frustrating when other people pull up and leave before I even get my order. A lot of the time, the orders aren’t even anything large; it can only be a couple of items like a shake and a burger, and I’m still waiting an unusually long amount of time. Very frustrating. Anymore, when I get an order request for this location, I resign myself to sending the customer a message saying it’s going to be a while. I try to be understanding and patient, as I have worked in fast food in the past and know how stressful and chaotic the job can be. At the same time, though, this happens quite regularly. Just something to keep in mind, if you do deliveries, you may be waiting a while.
