  Reported to AZ department of health. Twice now I had long strands of hair melted into the cheese and impossible to remove. Sandwiches are grossly covered with too much of the condiments, so you cant buy a sandwich to save for later. If you ask for the condiments on the side, you can bet on not receiving it the majority of the time. Clearly the management team needs to be removed and staff retrained with a proper manager that cares about consistency. Thanks for making me vomit tonight.

  Great restaurant but prices for the amount of food you get should be a little less expensive.

  I haven’t been to one of these in about 10 years, we decided to try this one since we were in town. We waited at the counter for 15 minutes and no one came out to take an order. I’m not sure if no one was working but it seemed like it.

  I don't know what Joshua’s problem was at the drive-thru, but the service was bizarre and aggressive. He literally just stared us down the entire time. When I tried to be a decent human and ask how his day was, he completely ignored me and didn't even bother to shut the window. To top it off, I paid $3.50 for a chocolate chip cookie that was hard as a rock
