  Maybe it was a technology issue and beyond their control. Possibly understaffed as well but the intent of mobile ordering is for a quick getaway. Not a 30 min wait… May fully be on corporate for their app but makes it hard to want to return to this location.

  I have a problem with crispy onions. So when I ordered the new burger I ordered it distinctly without them and we I finally got it delivered they were on there. I figure if im paying for a premium meal they could at least get it right. And of course since I didn't drive to get it there was no fixing it. So it put me off mcdonalds for a while.

  I was just in the drive thru and after i paid i went to the next window to get my food. The female staff at the window proceeded to walk away and close the window as i was still talking. I had to honk to get her attention. Extremely rude and unprofessional. Do better with your drive thru staff. She looked to be wearing some kind of management shirt.

  They have order devices that are confusing. Once you select what you want, it wants you to order more. I couldn't find how to pay. No one answered the help needed button. After 5 minutes I left hungry.
