    i have worked in fast food and customer service for years and this was completely unacceptable. we arrived around 12:20, waited in line for a good 20 minutes, i get it fast food can not be easy, gets super busy and understaffed. i get it but more than half of the employees were standing around or just completely ignoring the line of customers out the door. Maybe the gentleman at the front was running around completely stressed out as more than half of the customers started getting angry. He was very kind, reassuring, and apologetic. The rest of the staff was very rude, didn’t care about the line out the door and very unprofessional. there was more than half the staff not wearing “wendy’s” attire, i couldn’t tell if customers were back there making our food. Completely disgusted and disappointed in my experience at wendy’s. Good food but that’s about all they got going. some rules changes or training are necessary.

    My order was wrong and the syrup was off on the soda fountain. The lady working the window was rude and acted like it was a huge issue to get what I paid for. Most definitely won’t be going back.

    I rated atmosphere lower due to one of the employees losing their patience & yelling at the other ones not helping. Food was good.

    I was there about 3 days ago and the line outside was getting pretty long. I walked in everything seemed okay but the manager started yelling at the staff members because they weren't "helping" her. I just want to say that I understand it's a stressful time and there's a lot going on but it would help a whole lot if Management would be a little more kind to your staff members. Teach them with kindness 💞

    Granted fast food restaurants do not pay well (especially considering the price of a meal these days), one would expecta burger to at least arrive looking like some attention was given during assembly.
