  For the last several times I’ve ordered my spicy potato soft tacos I have gotten refried potatoes in my tacos. I ask for fresh potatoes because I don’t have a lot of teeth and the ones I do have I can’t chew them when they are so hard and extremely crunchy. I have worked in the food industry long enough to know and tell when food is twice fried. Also being servsafe I know that it is not allowed to do such things but they keep doing it anyway. I shouldn’t have to play with my food before I eat it pulling out potatoes so hard I can’t eat them and in the end only having 2 potato chunks per tacos. The potatoes on the side of the tacos in the photo are all so hard I can’t even break them with my fingers, I feel scammed out of my meal and my money as there is so little left in the tacos fo me to eat

  It has been a very long time since going to Taco Bell especially this location because the food we had was not good. We thought after a couple years maybe it had gotten better. My husband and I went to Taco Bell on Willow Creek in Prescott today around 4:00 today. We went through the drive thru and was asked if I was using the app. Why would I be in drive thru if I wanted to use the app??? We received our order very quickly as if everything was prepaid. When we arrived home and proceeded to eat the food was ice cold and barely had any meat at all. Let’s just say we will not be going back we will go to their competition. We do not recommend this location at all.

  This location has to be the most disappointing i have visited in a very long time. Despite pre-ordering through the mobile app, we still waited an excessive amount of time in the drive-through even though at the time we pulled in we were the only car. When we finally received our order, multiple items were missing (Nacho BellGrande and a Crunchwrap Supreme). The food we did receive was also very poor quality—portions were extremely small with minimal filling. Overall, this was a frustrating and disappointing experience. I reported my experience in the app with no response from the restaurant. I will not be choosing this location again.

  I told yall I would do and im doing it. Thank you so much Sean and everybody for all your help. Shout out to Patience who has none, i really appreciate you guys doing what you did. Great crew and great vibes. You guys are the best taco bell in town.

  The nacho chips taste like burnt motor oil disgusting but the crew was pretty cool didn’t recognize it till I got home, but I’m sure the oil is bad
