- CCC CJan 29, 20262.0It has been a very long time since going to Taco Bell especially this location because the food we had was not good. We thought after a couple years maybe it had gotten better. My husband and I went to Taco Bell on Willow Creek in Prescott today around 4:00 today. We went through the drive thru and was asked if I was using the app. Why would I be in drive thru if I wanted to use the app??? We received our order very quickly as if everything was prepaid. When we arrived home and proceeded to eat the food was ice cold and barely had any meat at all. Let’s just say we will not be going back we will go to their competition. We do not recommend this location at all.

Despite pre-ordering through the mobile app, we still waited an excessive amount of time in the drive-through even though at the time we pulled in we were the only car. When we finally received our order, multiple items were missing (Nacho BellGrande and a Crunchwrap Supreme). The food we did receive was also very poor quality—portions were extremely small with minimal filling. Overall, this was a frustrating and disappointing experience. I reported my experience in the app with no response from the restaurant. I will not be choosing this location again.
