I am a Dasher and the longer I wait on food the less likely tips are and the lower rating I get. This is the second time I have been stuck at a Sonic over 30 minutes waiting on an order. I will make $5 this hour as a result. Other Sonic customers who arrived after me have all been served before my DoorDasher's order which was placed about an hour ago.

I was judged for my order. 😅 But not in a bad way. I don't really understand why everyone is over-accommodating for online ordering. I ended up here by accident and decided to pull in and grab a bite but almost didn't get a spot to park where I could order because so many spots are now online only or park and eat. Well park and eat I guess is only if you've ordered online and picked up your food already. Seems like an afterthought. You could still have the menus and let people park and eat there too, or give them a stall number and let people order from their phones on the spot. Bad planning. The food, since that's what we're here for, was fine. Everything was prepared accordingly. Seemed clean and friendly overall.

I gave my order at the panel had several things as for me and the wife she got the cheesy bacon sonic stack and I ordered the super sonic bacon cheeseburger order came out in a appropriate amount of time I opened my burger and there wasn't any bacon on my bacon burger so I hit the button and reminded Sam what I ordered and then told him my bacon burger had no bacon so he said that was not acceptable and told me he would have another one out as soon as possible it came out and I seen the bacon on it so that was good but beyond that the burger was hot where it should be hot and cool where it should be cool lettuce and tomatoes were cool and crisp and the meat was hot best burger I have had from a sonic in a very long time Sam on the mic was very understanding and made it beyond right thank you Sam you deserve a raise

Sonic isvterrible since they upgraded their tech! Phone orders no longer work for me (I think data service at this location is weak). I used to use cell phone for purchases their often (daily - I like their ice ans ice tea!). But the last few times...ugh!! You need to use phone or find one of a few kiosk that they have (if even available)...it's just not worth it anymore.
