- HMHeather Macy2 days ago1.0I have been a loyal customer here to the Panera in Prescott for over 8 years now but today having their catering manager driving her silver Hummer block my vehicle in while she was doing a delivery at yavapai title has changed that for me. You're rude young lady you refuse to make eye contact cuz you know you illegally blocked me in and I think it's hilarious that you're driving a Hummer while you're being a catering manager for Panera and don't even have driving skills to drive your vehicle in town!! I'm sure that you'll argue on here about your customer service and your sorry I was treated that way but I'll tell you what I've already told 23 people since I've left that building in under a half hour not to support Panera in this town. Maybe you guys should really relook at who works for you as a franchisee holding a license makes you responsible for your employees actions and I have it on video her blocking me and maybe I should go turn it into the police department. As I needed to leave and she held me hostage with her vehicle while she made her delivery how dare you

I mentioned it to an employee and they she just gaslit me about it. Kinda pricy for a place that doesn’t have great service or great food.
