The employee who takes your order has a bad attitude and she expresses her feelings right in front of you while you are giving g her your order. Once again I love the food but this location needs an employee overhaul.

I asked for a veggie bowl and was served the equivalent of 5 green peppers, when I asked for queso he told me it was extra, I asked how much, he said it was a $1.70 and that the guacamole was an additional up charge. It's a veggie bowl! I'm not sure what I was paying for, a pile of rice? Having to ask for extra lettuce which is usually the case when I get to the end. Now by time I get to the end, it's $16. For what? I'm not willing. I walked across the parking lot to the grocery store, got myself some organic queso, some organic beans, and inorganic bag of Caesar salad. $13.00 and I've got two meals.

No other Chipotle is this poorly staffed, the Prescott Valley location is excellent not the Prescott one. They often can hardly roll a burrito. Drive to the PV location and skip this location.
