  Lady at the window was great but the food was awful. They don't fill anything all the way up and perfectly placed the stalk of the lettuce in a hard shell taco. I mean it's taco bell, guys. Not rocket science.

  Worst Taco Bell location in the area tbh. Refused refund after over 40$ order was never delivered to us. Super disappointing , and their food is always made horrendously and messy but it’s sadly the closest location to us. Very Unfortunate:( wish they’d get a whole new staff or something like some decent management to make the location better lmao

  i usually have a good experience at Taco Bell because the staff is helpful and knows what they’re doing but this time was different. the manager Ashely came off really rude. the whole interaction felt negative, and the way she spoke to me made me feel really disrespected. im so disappointed because I know this place can be better, and I feel like this situation should be addressed.

  This isn’t even fast food anymore, takes them a half hour to make a few tacos, what’s the point? Called the manager to let her know about all the employees standing around and instead of acknowledging that, she began to tell me everyone was working, which they weren’t. Take accountability for your mistakes, customers shouldn’t have to wait 20-30 minutes for crunchy tacos. The manager could’ve taken accountability for the employees standing around and said you’ll look into it instead of completely denying the fact that they were doing absolutely nothing. Since you don’t want to take accountability about your employees standing around doing nothing, here’s a review so people think twice before coming here.

  Drive through was really long and preventing people who had parked from getting out. So I decided to park and go in. After all, all I wanted was a specific drink. Just a drink. I waited 10 minutes for that drink before I had to go up to the person who kept oscillating between doing stuff behind the counter and socializing with people she knew outside. She got me the drink. The wrong drink. ALL I WANTED WAS A DRINK. I just took it and left because I’d been waiting so long by this point. In short, won’t be going back to this place. I’ll get my drink at another location or forego it altogether.
