  Worst experience ever. They take forever to answer for an order, you can't pay at the building or at the park and eat spots cause their card readers don't work. They say pay at the window, but that means "we'll take your card after we bring you your food" 10-15 minutes later, and the food didn't even taste that good

  Food is good but god the people that take your order can be so irritated and rude when they talk to you whether theyre busy or not. Theyre lucky im thirsty because they need to learn not to kill peoples vibes just for showing up to the restaurant.

  My sister tried to order, did nothing wrong and they permanently banned both of us from the store since we both used to work there. Gave us no reason, just told her she had to leave. Everybody who had ever been banned bad a legitimate reason, people who were problematic didnt get banned. Not to mention the General Manager is not a good person🤮

  I got a shake it was like soup. I went back with hopes they would refund me or make me a new one… the guy at the drive thru window was incredibly rude and argued with me then he shut the window on me half way through the conversation. Very unprofessional and rude.
