Good food but they were anything but "Freaky Fast..." Apparently our ticket "fell on the ground" and no one noticed until we asked about our order... Look elsewhere.

We went through the drive through around 7pm- sat at the order menu for 10 minutes- then drove up to the window- no one had a mike on, floors were being mopped while food was being made, and the man that handled our purchase and cash register scratched his face after then walks over to package our food- all with no gloves at all- I’d like corporate to reach out and refund us- this is disgusting- management is no where present and employees are extremely sub-par. This is disgusting- ruined our dinner as we know jimmy john to be clean- this one is far from it! STAY AWAY! If I am not refunded for the food I paid for I will submit a dispute and charge back in my credit card. Really terrible! DO BETTER!

I don’t usually leave reviews, but this experience was bad enough to warrant it. My order was made incorrectly (wrong sandwich and wrong chips), which is frustrating but fixable—what wasn’t acceptable was how the owner handled it.
Instead of correcting the mistake, or even apologizing for it. Which food service always does because they value their costumers. he became hostile, vindictive and told me to leave his property. When I asked for a refund since I didn’t receive what I paid for, he argued and made it unnecessarily difficult.
Mistakes happen. Acting like a customer is the problem when you got the order wrong is another story. The lack of accountability and professionalism here is honestly worse than the incorrect order itself, not about the money at the end of the day it’s about the principle.
Would not recommend, I will say that his employees were great, just not him. Also thinking just because he’s the owner, he can treat paying customers, however, he wants is not ok.

I visited this location for the first time and was very disappointed with my experience. The facility itself was not clean and appeared poorly maintained, which immediately raised concerns.
I also asked to speak with a manager, but the staff member I spoke to refused to provide that information unless I explained my reason. Later, I was told she did contact the manager, who I was then informed was actually the owner. Unfortunately, the interaction with him was equally disappointing, as he showed a lack of professionalism and did not address my concerns in a respectful or helpful manner.
Overall, this was not a positive experience, and I hope improvements are made in both cleanliness and customer service.
