    Everytime I go they never have sauces. They're either out of chili or its not started. If I get a order its usually wrong the first two times and their fries are stale. they all sound like they hate being there and I would too if I worked at a place with stale fries.

    My drink was okay in the end but service was absolutely terrible. I came here with a few friends and we received attitude immediately upon ordering, not to mention while we were ordering the employee would leave us to wait for long periods of time during a not so busy time of the day. Even after this, we didn't care much and just wanted our drinks. However, as soon as we received our drinks, we immediately realized two of the four were incorrect to what we ordered, and they were sent back, and we received the correct drinks. Moments later, a so called "manager," though I would refer to her as a rude, arrogant, and overall unpleasant, unprofessional girl, came outside practically yelling at us that she made the order and that it was correct. Overall, all three girls that served us tonight were unprofessional, vaping in front of customers and in front of their "manager," though after meeting this manager I can see why. My biggest issue is the manager, who we believed to be "Kloie" based off the receipts, the two other girls were young. Just do better Sonic, especially when it comes to appropriate and respectful employees.

    I went to sonic with my friends, trying to get fun drinks before going out. We all only got one drink, and there were 4 of us. The manager who was taking our order was very rude and blunt. I had to repeat my order 3 times before she put in the order, and still put it in wrong. After we all ordered, they came out with our drinks and i could immediately see that the order was wrong.They claimed I didn’t pay, even though I paid on the screen. After paying they came out with my correct drink. After that my friend got the wrong order so we had it sent back to be corrected. Seconds later a different waitress came out with the correct order, so we informed her that we think they were trying to give us the wrong drink since our friend got the correct order finally. The rude manager, we believe her name is Kloie, came out and yelled at us that she personally made the drinks and they were correct. We told her we must’ve gotten someone else’s order then because ours came out correct after the confusion, and she yelled at us that they couldn’t take the drink back because it was already in our hands. The service was awful and very upsetting and the manager was overly rude for no reason right off the bat. You should not be dealing with customers this way, especially when you are the manager and were in the wrong. Also the waitress bringing our orders was vaping right in front of us clearly not caring. I have never had such an issue with sonic before and this experience pissed me and my friends off. While my drink was what I ordered the service was not worth it.

    Went to the walk-up and ordered. I was with a group and we all had separate orders, but only one item each. Service was extremely slow even though there were not many people there. Whoever took our orders seemed irritated and annoyed that we were even there. 3 out of the 4 items came out correctly, and they tried to give us a drink that wasn’t ours and were rude when we tried to give it back. They said “we can’t take it back once it’s in your hands”, which is understandable, however we were just trying to be nice and clear the confusion. The manager, Kloie (I believe), was super rude throughout our experience and insisted that all the drinks were made correctly because she had made them. There were two younger blonde girls that also did not seem to care at all, and one of them was vaping in front of us. It’s not something I care about typically, but it’s inappropriate for a work place, especially in front of customers. Overall, the customer service at this location is terrible and I will not be returning.

    We ordered a pick up at 1:50pm on the 13th of December. We had 4 shakes. An Oreo. No whip and extra. Mnm blast added chocolate brownie. Cheesecake and the turtle blast. When the young lady that was covered in tattoos. Her name says Courtney on the recipe. When she was handing us the drinks she called out chocolate. Cheesecake. Turtle. Oreo. So we were confused. Already by chocolate. Questioning if this was ours or not. Then she said says Oreo with whip and I said no whip. Extra Oreo. My friend who is pregnant ordered the mnm blast with extra brownie that was 80cents to add. Not ridiculous amount but still needing to pay for something as silly as adding a topping. She tried to say something but the lady walked away before asking if everything was good. We called her back and when we explained that the order was messed up she said she would figure it out. Came back and told us that one was wrong and that the chocolate Oreo is what I ordered. It didn’t seem to have any extra Oreo. It had a good inch of chocolate syrup on the bottom. My friend was given her blast re made and we are driving away and no extra brownie instead chocolate flakes in it. She is very upset. We only went to sonic cause she was craving this drink.
