- PFPatty FennenDec 28, 20252.0The burger was good. The fries were crunchy and some were chewy, on the verge of burnt. They recook the fries to heat them so they are over done. Instead of making new ones, they try to get rid of the old ones. The music was too loud so I couldn't hear the guy when I ordered and there was a creepy guy in there (a homeless customer?)who kept coming around me even trying to avoid him. It was so disappointing. The Prescott store is better. Its worth the drive to get a good meal Sorry for the bad review.

The only products we offer that contain gluten are our buns, hot dogs (Canada only), HP sauce (UK only), and the malt vinegar condiment for our fries. In Canada, our Poutine Gravy condiment also contains gluten. All of our sandwiches, including burgers, hot dogs and the veggie sandwich, are available without a bun via our wrap or bowls.

Leftover fries are excellent reheated in the oven (or Air Fryer). According to Chad Murrell, one of the Five Guys, just pop them in a 350-degree oven for about 10-15 minutes.
