- ACAndrew ChristensenMar 1, 20262.0I usually love 5 guys. I get my burgers lettuce wrapped. But this was pathetic. One thin leaf of lettuce on either side of the burger. By the time it got done sitting in the bench waiting for other people’s orders to get packed up the lettuce was soggy. Had to eat with a fork and knife. What a mess. And it’s FREEZING in this place. I’m usually over warm everywhere. They are trying to create tundra in here. Oh and the Coke machines are out of half the flavors. Just poorly run operation.

If 11:15am isn’t a realistic pickup time, it shouldn’t be offered. Especially since the order was placed days in advance. I understand you open at 11am, but a later first pickup time would make more sense. I won’t be ordering catering from here again.

Five Guys began its pursuit to redefine the global burger landscape in 1986 when Jerry and Janie Murrell asked three of their sons whether they wanted to start a business or go to college. Does Five Guys offer gluten-free options?
The only products we offer that contain gluten are our buns, hot dogs (Canada only), HP sauce (UK only), and the malt vinegar condiment for our fries. In Canada, our Poutine Gravy condiment also contains gluten. All of our sandwiches, including burgers, hot dogs and the veggie sandwich, are available without a bun via our wrap or bowls.

Why does Five Guys have peanuts for free?
Serving peanuts for free began as a way for people to pass the time while they waited for us to cook up their meals (way back in the day, before smartphones). It was such a hit, and has become such a Five Guys tradition, that we keep our stores stocked with peanuts to this day.
What is the best way to reheat leftover fries?
Leftover fries are excellent reheated in the oven (or Air Fryer). According to Chad Murrell, one of the Five Guys, just pop them in a 350-degree oven for about 10-15 minutes.
Also, give those leftover fries a try as hash browns, home fries, or even as the filling in an omelet.

We are switching to fry bags to ensure your fries stay fresher and as part of our larger commitment to the environment.
