I saw the person that was making my drink use a dirty spoon to take some out and then she said to herself, oh our I don’t want to clean it again or something like that and then I received the last bit of soft top with very little of soft top when I gave a tip as well, which was over needed because I know they get tips from everyone.
- LSLevi SDec 18, 20251.0The baristas were rude. My boyfriend and I were going to the Dutch for our 2 year anniversary today, and I had ordered a drink that had something extra to make it sweet. The woman that took my order wasn’t rude, but she wasn’t friendly either. I pulled up to the window and I get a few looks from the Baristas inside. In their defense, they made my order quickly and what they made was correct. After receiving my drink, I was told that I am a “freak” for what I ordered, by a Barista that had to have been early to mid 20s and a short pixie hair cut. At first I thought it was a joke, but no one was laughing or even smiling, and I felt attacked. I have never experienced anything like this. I am a Barista myself elsewhere, so I know what it’s like, and how hard a job like this can be. I have never left a review before but this behavior was so baffling I had to say something, especially from a Barista from a company that focuses on amazing costumer service.

We’ve decided to focus on what we do best - serving up awesome drinks, creating genuine connections at the window and giving back to our communities! That means we’re stepping away from offering DutchWear to our customers. You’ll still be able to buy coffee and drinkware on our website, which may occasionally offer a few surprises!
Can I buy stickers?
We’re not selling stickers anymore! Stop by your local shop the first Wednesday of every month for a Sticker Drop! You can now also earn App Stickers through the Dutch Bros app! Download to see which stickers are available to you!
Can I print a digital gift card and give it as a gift?
We recommend purchasing our IRL Gift Cards if you want to give something physical!
How do I earn points?
It’s easy! Collect 3 points for each dollar you spend at a shop, and there’s no limit to how many you can earn!
Can I still get points if I forgot my phone?
We hate when that happens! If you ever forget your phone, just give your broista your phone number, and you’ll earn the points. Unfortunately, we won't be able to issue points for past purchases unless you snag a receipt and email it to us.
Can I customize my drink?
Yes, our broistas are always happy to make any drink the way you’d like!
Can I place my drink order over the phone?
We aren’t able to take drink orders over the phone, but we’re excited to serve you! Don’t let our long lines fool you - we'll get your favorite drink to you as quickly as possible!
Can I apply more than once?
You can only apply once to each location! To follow up on an application, please swing by and check in with your local broistas!
Can I still customize my drink through Order Ahead?
We'd love to customize your drink the way you want, so you can definitely make your usual customizations when ordering ahead! If you have a particularly creative order, or enjoy a cold pour, we recommend ordering your drink at the shop so your broista can get it just right.
