I enjoy the food and continue to visit Chipotle locations, even though I don’t consider it authentic Mexican cuisine. Unfortunately, this particular location is severely let down by its management. The manager is extremely rude and does not allow customers to choose their meals at a reasonable pace. She yells across the counter, rushes customers while they are still deciding, and creates an unnecessarily hostile environment. To make matters worse, she charged me for items I had not even added, simply assuming what I wanted instead of listening. This type of behavior is unacceptable and reflects very poorly on the store. Management at this location clearly needs to be reviewed, as no customer should be treated this way while ordering food. You work for chipotle lady calm down.

They will not do anything for you if you haven't been there in a week. The complaint is sent off to the team. They can't help you out they just hope your service is better next time. I will NO LONGER BE A CHIPOTLE CUSTOMER. The link they ask you to respond to is literally just to look good on Google. They won't do anything. A friend of mine told me the exact same thing. They won't do anything it's just to leave a survey
