Baskin-Robbins ice cream is not the cheapest ice cream and I know I’m going to pay eight dollars for a milkshake and it’s worth it to me because I love their ice cream. This location for some bizarre reason put ice cubes in my milkshake! A s I was drinking it I kept getting pieces of ice and was wondering why and then when I got down to the bottom about a quarter of my cup is ice cubes. Trying to skimp on the actual ice cream part?! I’ll stick to the Iron Springs location from now on.

They were also eating icecream cones right behind the counter. I'm not saying that my kids have never heard cussing, but this is just inappropriate to do where any guest can hear you while on the clock. I'm sure if I worked here I'd be eating a lot of ice cream... but perhaps in the breakroom, or at least just now where guests can see.

Can I sign up my children and other family members for the Birthday Club?
Yes. Each Birthday Club account can have only one primary person (age 13 and up); however, members can add up to 5 other family members to their accounts easily.

You’ll need to reset your password. Visit our “Log In” page in the BR App or online and click “Forgot Password”. We’ll ask for your email address and will send you an email where you can create a new password. Still having trouble? Contact Consumer Care at 800-859-5339 and we’ll give you a hand.
How do I remove a family member from my Birthday Club account?
To remove a family member, log in to your account in the BR App or online and go to “Family Members.” Then, click “Remove” next to the family member’s name. A window will pop up. Select “Remove” again to confirm the deletion.
