    I came in this afternoon, it was about 85° outside and when I walked inside it was so hot I dont understand how the employees could even work in that kind of heat! It had to have been over 90° inside with no AC, no fans, all doors closed and I felt awful for the employees. I spoke to one employees, a really nice younger guy with an eyebrow piercing, and he was working the grill and he looked absolutely exhausted. Im going to be calling the corporate office in the morning because it seems like the managers and owner know about this issue and are doing nothing to help their staff and then forcing them to work in this kind of heat thats only going to get hotter. It should absolutely be against the law to make them work in these conditions. I literally felt ill sitting in there just waiting for my order.

    Waited in the drive-through ≈20-25 minutes tonight, got charged for what I ACTUALLY ordered, and then didn’t even get what I ordered. Seemed like they gave me a cookie dough blizzard. It def was not the one I ordered. Not a good way to end the experience after a 20-25 minute wait. 💯 I would appreciate a refund.!
