- CGCaleb Griffin3 days ago1.0Stopped by while driving through AZ. I dont know why CFA decided to add starch to their fries and decrease quality, but I threw away all the food because it made me nauseous. Chick fil a sauce makes me want to puke now. Wont be eating from this company again. 🤮

SO DUMB FOR YOU TO MAKE DELIVERY PEOPLE WAIT LONG WHEN TIME IS MONEY FOR THESE PPL. Maybe they will lose enough business after 9pm to change their lobby hours back to closing at 10pm.
- JKJulie KostersMar 9, 20261.0Waited 15 minutes to place our order. Ordered dine in. Waited 20 minutes (while noticing a lot of takeout orders coming and going). After passing our table a number of times, a worker finally comes to our table with a takeout bag. Obviously they screwed up, that food is now cold, and we try to tell her that but she rudely cuts us off. We demand to see a manager. The manager returns, apologizes and says the worker who took our order entered it incorrectly for takeout. She says she will get us fresh food. She returns with food that is lukewarm (chicken was rubbery and salty) and some gift cards. Doubt we'll be returning any time soon.
