  Brandon our server was awesome! The food was good, not great. I hadn't been in 20 years so I thought I'd give it another try. Like I said, Brandon was the best part of our visit. I think I'll stick to making my own at home.

  We waited about 30-40 minutes before we got our food. Place wasn't busy. Some of the staff was unprofessional and doing passive aggressive things that were unnecessary and made us feel unwelcome. We didn't deserve to be treated this way. We were nice the whole time. This was my first time going to a Buffalo Wild Wings and I was very disappointed. The food was not that good either. The fried pickles weren't fried all of the way and there was only a small amount like a single pickle's worth of an average dill pickle. The garlic parmesan sauce was spicy. Even my husband who usually eats spicy stuff said it tasted spicy to him too and it shouldn't be. The onion rings and fries got stale and mushy very fast. They also gave a small amount of onion rings too. The patty melt was soaked in grease, granted it's a "melt", but this was too much in my opinion from the others I've tried from Culver's or Gabbie's Grill, also it tasted as if it were reheated in the microwave. They also messed up our order a couple of times. They forgot to make the patty melt and they gave my husband regular fries instead of potato wedges and forgot to give him his celery and carrots with his wings, but at least they tried to make it right and fixed some of the food and gave us 15% off our bill. Also, I thought when you get an entree, you get at least 1 side automatically, but we had to pay an extra $10 or so for a side with our chicken wings. I've never seen that before. The bill seemed ridiculously expensive to us for 3 people. It seems like corporate is scamming people to get more money. It also seems this way to us because their menus weren't very clear about the sides being separate from the entrees and everything was so expensive. We thought there must be a descent amount of food when we ordered, but we were wrong. We will NOT be returning and corporate will be hearing from us.

  Literally typing this while im sitting here for almost an hour and our server hasn't even taken our drink order yet. Place isnt even busy. The hostess said she would find our waitress... Still nothing! Will not return here. The only person who looks like she is working hard is the hostess. Dont waste your time.

  The past few times I’ve been to this location has been very unfortunate for my partner and I. When wanting to sit at a booth, it took the team way too long to clean it for us, despite it being a slow evening. My boyfriend ordered a beer, which took 2 reminders and 20 minutes until he received it. He also ordered a side of mac and cheese and never received and it was also on our bill. We politely asked for the mac and cheese, and she never came back with it. Our waitress (I forgot her name) seemed to not paid much attention to us and rather on the large group of men sitting right next to us. She brought us our receipt before our to-go boxes and seemed rushed with it. Today, we ordered take out and received everything but our two soft drinks. When asked where our drinks were, they simply said, “We don’t have them.” They didn’t offer us a substitute or a refund/discount. My burger also turned out to have no seasonings, leaving the meal to be dry and not enjoyable. We will not be returning until this location’s staff and service is in better shape.
