  Went here for the 1st and last time. The boy working the ice cream station was cool but the scoops he gave were extremely small, instead of opening another cookies and cream he scraped the walls of the 1 that was out and called it 2 scoops. We bought 4, 2 scoop ice creams and they are all hallowed out, (not even a full scoop) and not worth the money. I see why they have a 2 star review. They were also out of ice creams, which makes no sense. SMH. Small town, they should do better. We will stick to the thrifty ice cream at the water store in the Safeway plaza. Not only this, but dude should be wearing gloves, and washing his hands, especially when giving samples, neither of which he did. If ppl stopped going here they’d shut down. Maybe the owner needs to do some serious training and inventory because this place is pathetic. No wonder DQ is wrapped around the building - way better selection and you get a full scoop/cup.

  My 1 star review is in regards to the employee. I come in once a week and order the same thing every time. First time seeing and dealing with this employee today and if I walk in any time in the future and she’s working then I’ll leave. Brown haired very short female with glasses. She is rude. Ordered my pint and what I order always has to be fresh packed because they don’t pre-pack pints of the flavor I order. She proceeds to point to the freezer up front and says “it’s in there”. I look and ofc it’s not in there because there’s only quarts in there and none of which are the flavor I order. I tell her it’s not in there and she rolls her eyes at me and comes around the counter to look into the freezer because apparently she thinks I’m too stupid to see. Like I said, it wasn’t in there. She then said she would get it from the back even though the flavor is right in the case and all she has to do is scoop it into a pint container. She spends 5 more minutes of my time fooling around in the back only to come back out and finally begin to pack my pint of world class chocolate. Then proceeded to have a snotty petty attitude the rest of the transaction. I love BR but this employee is a terrible addition to the current staff there.

  I’ll give a better rating once I can get my perfect through so I had like and hr left before they had closed through DoorDash and they had cancelled my order, do you guys close early or something??

  Came in tonight about 30 minutes before closing to order ice cream. When we walked in, there was a mop bucket blocking the entrance, which felt like a serious trip hazard. When we waited at the counter to order, the employee came over but didn’t greet us, and it gave the impression that our order was an inconvenience. They did take our order without any direct issues, but overall the experience felt unwelcoming. Very little communication, no friendly interaction—just an unfriendly experience.
