She had a long line around 6:30pm the night after Thanksgiving & she was alone behind the counter, but managed to crush it. Got our drinks in a timely manner with a smile on her face. She's also the Starbucks manager and was closing so that tells me her staff is either short interms of not having enough people and/or has people who are unflexible and unwilling to help later in the evening sadly. Shes clearly picking up the slack and deserves a raise. Its hard to find good help and shes deserves the recognition.
