  -This Wendys location gets an A! -80% if the time they were make the food when you order it so its very fresh though that comes with a ~5-10minute wait which is still quite fast, if i ever have a problem they go above to fix it whether it be upgrading my shake from a small to a large, giving me an extra large and fresh fry, or by making sure the chicken in the sandwhich is fresh and still over 145⁰ 🤙 all of these are 100% the reason why i keep coming back. Though wendys charges $0.50 per ranch which is terrible and a bit greedy, however their ranch is my favorite ranch on earth so of course imma pay it everytime 😐 but that lowers the rating since the price for a normal meal + shake + ranch upcharge is more expensive then any local competition. Outside the 20% of time when my food is 10-15minutes old vs fresh I haven't had any major issues or complaints and every employee ive met is actually kind to me as far as ive experienced :)

  Road very rude They ask him why they're being snotty , and they say they're short staffed Then she says she's not being snatty And when you get mad and start talking faster, so I gotta hurry up.That means since I'm hearing a pair.I can't hear you.So when I ask you to repeat yourself and you get snotty , that's abuse of a hearing Impaired parsing This is not the first Wendy's in a while.I've been into with a bad attitude But this is the one that's happened at repeatedly Last time I came in , everyone was gibbering jabbering , and I got cold food Your crew is working not working to make you a profit You know , this is the second time I walked out insulted out of this restaurant Congratulations , so I am not going back to anyone wendy's Like at all And as someone that's worked and retail for a long time , refusing to get your manager when you've upset a customer just makes you look way the worse.

  Place is improving is better then it was a few months ago, New staff who are kinder and more clean , food isnt cold , not to busy or crowded 🙌

  I had a great experience at this Wendy's. The food was fresh and prepared well, and the service really stood out. Sarai provided excellent customer service, she was friendly, attentive, and made the whole visit enjoyable. I would definitely be happy to return to this location.

  the atmosphere and service were absolutely horrible and i don’t think i would be coming back anytime soon. the young worker taking my order gave me so much uncalled for attitude and resentment for no reason whatsoever. I had asked to young server that she/he did not have to be so rude and could imply either that i wanted spicy or regular nuggets and instead said read it it’s on the board for a reason. i don’t think the managers or anyone working at wendy’s would take that disrespectful.
