  If I could leave no stars I would. I came to pick up an order and went to the drive thru because the worker was washing down the front. Evelyn had very rude tone and would not let me pick up the order from drive thru but gave me the drinks. Then proceeded to criticize that I dont know how to use the Uber app. The food was not ready but she still insisted on me coming inside to pick up the order. Im literally slipping on the floor but her and her co workers thought it was so funny. Very unprofessional and rude and no work ethic. Taking 4 people to make food with little to no customers.

  Usually the food is good here but today I was served cold fries. Seems like the grease was not hot yet when they threw the fries in.

  Had a buddy of mine stall out in the drive thru and I hope the employees saw and laughed at his misfortune. All in all 5 stars

  I bought TWO meals and I got 1 bbq sauce for my nuggets. I asked to get ranch for my burger and the worker had the audacity to say it’s 50 cents! Are you kidding me I just spent money on TWO meals and you want to charge me for a ranch packet. This Wendy’s always messes up my order but it sounds like this is something new since they’re having to close over 300 of their chains. On top of that my burger was cold and it seems like they use shredded lettuce now. Quality has just plummeted.
