  Guy at drive thru doesnt speak clear English. The drive thru screen is hard to see and very small print writing. I was refused service because I asked for an employee that can speak English. The manager was extremely rude and unprofessional.

  Absolutely horrible service in drive through. Should never wait 8 minutes at any drive through for anything.

  Eat here almost every single day at the same time every single day lately I've been very disappointed that the same thing I order almost every single day has been being screwed up for the last 2 weeks you tell them a number two and they still get it wrong you tell them baconator and they still get it wrong do not order from Heather she will get your order wrong every time

  For starters, Save your money and don’t bother buying the Cheesey bacon cheeseburger! It’s a NOTHING BURGER! There’s nothing on it but a smear of what appears to be a liquid cheese, possibly a slice of American cheese and four strips of under thin cooked bacon. Almost $6 for the burger alone. Big disappointment. Burgers are about as good as AM PM!. I’ve gone to this particular Wendy’s several times hoping for a different result. It’s always a huge waste of money. Food is not fresh, order is usually wrong. Go next door to Whataburger. Probably have a better chance of getting a decent meal.

  Got there at 9:30pm on Wednesday night 3/4, asked them if they had any potatoes left because this Wendy’s never has potatoes at night. They said no, it would be a 30 min wait so I said nevermind and ordered the rest of my food. When I got to the window they said “actually we do have potatoes, we just checked the oven” (why didn’t you check when I asked) I said great thanks, he told me to pull forward and he would bring me my food since there was one person behind me and apparently my food was going to take a while. Several minutes later he finally brings me my food and I asked him specifically “is the sour cream in here?” For the potato because I didn’t see it, and he said yes it is, everything is in there. I should’ve kept searching for it because I get home and no, I’m missing my sour cream and the potato that they’ve “salvaged” for me should’ve been free because it is inedible. Attaching a pic, I threw the “potato” away. Huge waste of my time and money. Don’t go here there are many other fast food places next door.
