  Dear manager, I visited this Wendy's location (48th st and chandler blvd) today 3/3/26 at 12:44pm, HOST:ALBERT CASHIER : BERNARDINA. The guy who took my order over intercom didnt understand I asked for a "BIGGIE BAG" he had it down as "BIGGIE BITES" When I asked to correct it to BIGGIE Bag, he clearly was irritated, the tone of voice says it all. I pull up to window and the lady that received card and handed me bag of food was also rude. Just an unpleasant energy to the place. The Albert guy came up to window to hand the drinks, looked at me with a very straight irritated look. They got my sauces wrong, I asked for ranch, they gave me BBQ and the lady denied me the ranch , so I gave her back their mistake sauces. HERES MY THING... I AM INCREDIBLY AWARE OF MANNERS, ALWAYS HAVE THEM AND USE THEM, IM NOT A KAREN, AND DONT MAKE A FUSS ABOUT ANYTHING. ALSO, WOULD LIKE TO MENTION...PICK A STRUGGLE ALBERT AND BERNADINA!!!! YOU CANT BARELY SPEAK ENGLISH AND BE RUDE! PICK ONE, JUST ONE! I CAN SAY THAT, IM LATINA. Also another piece of advice, choose a job that you dont look so miserable at, and also Bernadina , clean looking nails looks more hygienic than crusty nail polish.

  Fast food, typical for Wendy's. Spicy Chicken and a frosty is the best way to go.

  As we walk up we noticed a younger male employee outside of the restaurant smoking Marijuana. We watch him walk back into the restaurant and not wash his hands and immediately start handing food. Not sure what is worse the open air drug use or rhe total disregard for health and safety by not washing his hands.

  Service was great but 50 cents for ONE sauce is out of control considering they used to be free.
