  My first visit in and I was greeted as soon as I walked in and asked about the most popular smoothie and she kindly told me Mango Magic. So I went for it and it was awesome. I'll come again

  First of all, I am so sorry. Second of all, I would absolutely do it again — but next time I'll be there an hour before closing like a reformed person of culture. I arrived five minutes before closing. The staff looked at me. I looked at them. Time stopped. In that moment, we both knew what had to be done. I proceeded to order a smoothie AND a peanut butter crunch flatbread like the chaotic gremlin I truly am. They blended. They flatbreaded. They did not falter. A masterpiece — two masterpieces — were born. Lesser establishments would have locked the door. Lesser people would have gone home. But not us. Not tonight. The smoothie was incredible. The peanut butter crunch flatbread was elite. These people are saints wrapped in visors. I feel absolutely horrible for being THAT customer. You didn't just make me a drink and a flatbread — you made me believe in humanity again. 5 stars. I will be back at 8pm sharp to make amends.

  Store hours are from 7-9. I pull into the drive through after a long day at work to get a wrap around 8:40 just to be told they don’t sell anymore food close to closing since they cleaned the utensils already. This is such a huge inconvenience. How are you going to stop selling half of your menu 20 mins before closing time? This is pure laziness from the staff. I understand if pulled in 5 minutes until close but a whole 20 mins before hand is ridiculous.

  I went to Tropical Smoothie during the evening hours. 6pm to be exact. The female staff took my order over the drive thru. I pulled around to the window. I sat there for almost 8 or 9 minutes. Never once being acknowledged through the window. I honked and still no one came to the window. I finally pulled around and walked in. Both female staff were standing there. One working on a smoothie (even though there was no one in the drive thru or dine in). I had to shout and say "excuse me" before the girl turned around. I told them I had been waiting for close to 10 minutes for my drink. The staff who appeared to be the lead stated that the other girls headset wasn't working. Which clearly wasn't the case as she took my order. What happened is that she never put my order into the register. They asked if I still wanted them to make it but by that time I was already late for my daughter's practice. Extremely horrible customer service. Fix your drive through window so your staff can atleast see cars when they're waiting instead of ignoring their customers completely
