We are proud to be the Guardians of a unique recipe. Carnitas were pronounced Cultural Heritage of Humanity in 2010. This recipe has been passed through generation to generation as well known secret among the Purepechas in Michoacan. We were very lucky for receiving that recipe back in 2002 when we had several friends among those people. That is why our carnitas have no match. Even, were ranked as America's #1 Carnitas by Best World's Street Food & ustravelerscom. Besides, Best of Phoenix, in January of 2026 rank us as #1 place for Birria and Quesabirrias.
