  An amazing chef! So helpful with our event! Food was delicious, hosted over 50 guests, setup and cleanup were timely! Highly recommend for large or small events!

  So I hired Chef Joe to do my wife’s surprise birthday party and it was a huge hit. My family and guest as well as myself absolutely loved the food and he introduced each of the courses and made it fun. Highly recommend Chef Joe.

  I had the privilege of being able to have Chef Joe’s amazing food! My personal favorite was the ceviche he made. The amount of FLAVOR this had, was INCREDIBLE as well as the presentation! Chef Joe truly goes above and beyond with his work, never disappoints. Every bite will have you wanting more! I love that every dish he makes is used with FRESH products and he’s able to work around any allergies/food restrictions you may have. Chef Joe is extremely knowledgeable in his work and I highly recommend his work to anyone. You will not be disappointed.

  I’ve had the pleasure of hiring Chef Joe several times over the past several years. Whether it was for a private event or in home meal prep he is a pleasure to work with and always a professional. He incorporates the flavors from his travels to his cooking and listens to your specific requests and dietary needs. You won’t be disappointed in hiring him!

  My daughter and I had Chef Joe give us private cooking lessons. The experience was priceless. We had so much fun and really bonded together during the classes, plus we got to make some great food. I highly recommend Chef Joe!
