  The gentlemen with the big beard in the hairnet made my day. He is incredibly positive and treats customers with respect. The food is amazing as well. I appreciate you guys!

  I walked in here the other day. No acknowledgement from any employee, took 5 minutes for someone to finally help me. I don't know why alot of restaurant workers are like this now days. Hate your job, find something else to do.

  The employees were mostly fine. But after I ordered using the in store ordering computer, I stood at the counter to pay with cash, and a bearded employee questioned if I already used the computer to order. Like he didn’t want to come near the counter unless he knew for sure I already ordered using the machine. He was thrown off because I wanted to pay with cash. Also most of the lobby tables were dirty. All the employees were huddled on the assembly line for some reason. But none of these reasons are why I’m here. The entire lobby was infested with several generations of gnats. Not flys, not bees, but gnats. They were located at the handicapped table, the long high table, and everywhere a customer would walk or sit. I ordered 2 black bean chalupas. But because there were so many gnats everywhere, I am suspicious they were in my food. I ordered my food “for here” using the ordering machine. The employee who accepted my cash even had me confirm “ for here”. But when I waited for my food, I regretted that decision, because it felt like gnats were flying in my mouth. But thankfully they prepared my food “to go” by accident. It felt on purpose though, like they knew nobody should eat in their lobby with the insects. I’m concerned the gnats are in their kitchen and are landing in places they shouldn’t. In my 38 years of life, I’ve never seen so many gnats in a food lobby. Not to mention a Taco Bell. Between the gnats and all the dirty tables, it would be pure embarrassment for an owner, manager, or even a regular employee. I left the store trying to eat my food without being grossed out. I didn’t want to let myself believe gnats were in my food. I can’t claim to have found any of them in my food, because it was a black bean chalupa, and I was eating on my way back to the gym. But I can say my throat feels sore, like I ate something I shouldn’t have. The food tasted irregular. I only ate 75% of my first chalupa and threw away the second. I thought this Taco Bell would be a good place to walk to from the gym for a quick break. But I think this location should be scrutinized over the gnats.

  The kid working drive thru was not speaking clearly enough to hear or understand when placing the order. They talked too fast when they hit the mic. The. Tried to hand out the wrong drink.
