  my boyfriend and I loved Taco Bell and we went today. Took one bite of the new small chicken nugget crunch wraps the tomatoes must’ve been rotten or bad because it tasted horrible, we spit it out but the damage had been done. My boyfriend and I have both thrown up from it. Someone needs to check those tomatoes. I am incredibly disappointed. sad to say I don’t know if we’ll be able to eat there again because that was so traumatizing. and on top of that, we tried to call multiple times. No answer. It was as if the phone had been disconnected so disappointing.

  Waited in line for 10 minutes to order people kept looking at me. Kept taking drive-thru orders before walk-ins. I should have known as soon as I got there and the Uber eats driver complained about waiting 10 minutes for his order for his customer that was already ready and sitting there! Won't be coming back here. Hire better of help

  I hate that the closest taco bell to me is this one because it has been terrible for years. If you door dash late at night or go through the drive through, 9 times out of 10, youre going to wait 30 plus minutes, and you'll be trapped without a way to give up on waiting. Ive waited 2 hours for delivery orders, and when the food gets to me its ice cold. They also love to give out stale cold chalupas, and the chips often taste like burnt oil. Most of the time the night time employees sound like they're having a party over the drive through speaker, and then once you finally get to the window they basically throw your food at you and dont even say "have a good night" Also, I have seen them multiple times lean out the window and scrape the drive through ground with a tool for some strange reason. Idk if you want taco bell after 6 pm, go to the one on cave creek and the 101, cause the one on 7th ave and bell is absolute trash at night.

  I used to take my son here every Tuesday and Friday. He is autistic. He loves taco bell. Anyways, the last time we went we sat in the drive thru for over 20 minutes. We ended up backing out and leaving. When we drove past 10 minutes later that same car was there. If the order is that big, have them come in please. We won't be back to those one anymore. That's close to $40 a Week. I know there are more out there that spend the same and won't come back. I'm over it.
