I had an extremely unacceptable and disturbing experience at the Taco Bell located at 1747 W Bethany Home Rd, Phoenix, AZ 85015 (Store #037568) on march 25,26 at approximately 11:21 PM through the drive-thru. From the beginning, I was informed that the location was only accepting cash, which was already an inconvenience. However, the situation escalated significantly due to the behavior of the employee assisting me. When I arrived at the window, I attempted to confirm the cash-only policy, and the employee ignored me multiple times. I had to repeat myself two to three times before getting any acknowledgment. Her attitude was extremely rude and dismissive from the moment she took my order. After I paid, the employee threw my change directly at my face and casually said, “oh sorry.” This is completely unacceptable and felt aggressive and disrespectful. No customer should ever be treated this way. I asked for the manager’s contact information to file a complaint, and instead of assisting me, she slammed the window shut. When she later handed me my order, I asked again for the manager’s number, and she refused to provide it. She denied me the ability to report the situation properly. I then stepped out of my car to look for any contact information posted outside the restaurant, and the employee proceeded to turn off the exterior lights, which made the situation feel even more hostile and intimidating. For identification purposes only, the employee was a female, African American, with curly hair and a visible scar near one eye. She refused to provide her name, which is why I am describing her to ensure this complaint is taken seriously and directed appropriately. This experience was specifically with her and should not reflect on other employees. Additionally, I was not given a receipt for my purchase. Due to the way I was treated, I did not feel comfortable consuming the food. It was also cold and appeared improperly handled, which further added to my concern and discomfort. I have evidence of what occurred. This type of behavior is completely unacceptable. Throwing money at a customer, slamming the window, refusing to provide managerial contact, and creating a hostile environment should never be tolerated. I expect this matter to be taken seriously and appropriate action to be taken.

Though the food was good they did give me the wrong idem off my order and had to redo it. That was time wasted for them.

Absolutely the worst taco bell ever. The staff allowed my order to sit for an hour then allowed DoorDash to deliver that order. I had to drive to the location myself to get their mistake corrected. The staff was rude and offered no apology. The food served to me was horrible. Mexican pizza not cut. Tacos with no sour cream and literally soggy and falling apart. Taco Bell has been going down hill for years and this was the last straw, I will never go to another Taco Bell. It is clear they no longer care about their patrons.
