To be told they are not doing double orders because they are too busy. I asked so I really have to drive back around to place another order. He said they are to busy.. absolutely insane, I have never heard of that ever at any other establishment.. money is money but whatever we left. This happened tonight about 630 in drive through .. y'all need get more people or close shop if y'all to busy cuz y'all lossen money... Crazy...

This dude is ALWAYS positive, always on point, and somehow makes the best bean & cheese burritos I’ve ever had from a Taco Bell. Not exaggerating — perfectly rolled, loaded just right, and made with actual care (which is rare these days). You can tell Jimbo takes pride in what he does. His attitude alone upgrades the whole visit, and when you leave with food that’s consistently this good, it shows who’s behind the counter. Taco Bell needs more employees like him — or honestly, they should be training people using him as the example. If Jimbo made every burrito, Taco Bell would be undefeated. Give this man his props. 🌯👑
