There was one instance where a chips and cheese wasn't added. I called the restaurant and was met with the kindest service manager (Jennifer) she got my info and let me know when I returned I would get those chips plus interest. On my return to the drive thru the next evening, conveniently Jennifer was at the com. She had remembered "my name" and "what I ordered" and was very helpful and took care of me in that moment. Not a lot of fast good places, namely Taco Bells with such a prestige level of service to their customers. Thankyou Jennifer. 5 stars! 😁 This is "the Taco Bell." My Taco Bell.
