  After having a horrible experience at a past Taco Bell earlier tonight we came here. An employee named Danae really made our evening better great customer service thank you

  Three of us came to this location to quickly grab a bite to eat. We ordered on one of the kiosks and then sat down. Minutes seemed like hours as the name or order wasn't called out. We even noticed people who came in after us had already gotten their food. When we walked up to the counter and asked, the employees were confused. I'm not sure if the system didn't show the order on a screen or maybe an employee accidentally bumped it to make the next food items, but we couldn't wait any longer and went to eat someplace else. Thankfully, it wasn't paid yet or else it would've been a whole other ordeal.

  Usually fine, the woman working window 3/17 around 22:15 has convinced me to not return. Mocking a customer for how they order, while they are at the window, is poor form. Have the day you deserve.

  Honestly the only reason I come back to this place is to remind myself why I drive to the further store for Taco Bell. Lowest quality Taco Bell I've ever worked at and eaten at. Honestly pretty surprised they are still in business. I just had a breakfast crunch wrap made with a stale 12 inch tortilla (should be a 10in) despite using a larger tortilla it was wrapped poorly with a large hole. I was given cinnabons instead of the hash brown that I ordered. And lastly my drink was supposed to be no ice and it did have ice. Hard to give an opinion on service since Taco Bell service has been shit since Covid hit. I see a few other comments about how clean the place is, they just got remodeled, so hopefully they can keep it that way
